Hello, I’m Aleks!
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT#158496), and I’m passionate about helping individuals and families reconnect with themselves and each other through awareness, compassion, and embodied healing. I earned my Master’s degree from The Chicago School, and my work is grounded in somatic awareness and nervous system regulation. I love helping clients understand how their bodies respond to stress and anxiety, and supporting them in creating more calm, balance, and ease in daily life.
I work with individuals, families, and children from a systemic lens—exploring how relationships, communication, and family patterns influence emotional well-being. My approach integrates mindfulness-based practices, somatic tools, and practical psychoeducation to help clients build insight and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
In addition to my clinical training, I’m also a certified yoga and meditation teacher (RYT-200) and a certified Life Coach (CPC). These experiences inform my holistic, body-based approach to therapy, inviting clients to slow down, tune in, and find a deeper sense of connection and regulation in their healing process.
